6. Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your WonlyAI account and all associated data at any time:
- In the mobile app: open Profile → tap Delete account → confirm twice. Deletion completes immediately.
- From the web: sign in, open your Dashboard, and use the Delete account option. If you do not see it, email support@wonlyai.com from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
Deletion removes your authentication record, profile, active subscription, payment history, favourite teams, notification preferences, and any third-party links (Telegram, WhatsApp, OneSignal). Aggregated, fully anonymised analytics may be retained. Where we are legally required to keep transaction records (e.g. for tax / financial-regulator audits), we retain the minimum necessary, with all personal identifiers redacted.
